Spend a relaxed day in the countryside! We start the day with a tour in the surroundings of our farm.

Upon arrival at the eco-labelled horse farm Eldhestar, located about a 30-minute drive from Reykjavik, you will receive a briefing on how to handle your horse before mounting. The day begins with a wonderful ride in the surroundings of the farm, crossing meadows and lava fields. After the ride, a light lunch is served at the cozy Hotel Eldhestar. Afterwards, you will visit Hveragerdi's geothermal swimming pool to soften stiff muscles in the warm water or relax in the natural steam bath. The day ends with coffee and home-baked cake at Eldhestar.

Equipment and clothing: Helmets, rain gear, and rubber boots are available for loan. During winter, thermal overalls, socks, and gloves are provided. Otherwise, dress in warm functional clothing. Shoes with a sturdy sole and heel are recommended. Remember to bring swimwear and a towel.
