A nice trip to the Noth

Got great help with booking and quick support. Everything was scheduled to minimize traveling so the nature could be enjoyed. Iceland is a beautuful place and worth visiting. When economy allowes, i will book another trip.

Iceland adventure

Extremely satisfied with this trip, the Hotels location was perfect in Reykjavik close to the harbour and the restaurants there as well as the city center 2 min walking distance. Many many different choices of exhibitions and adventures to sign up for and experience, so many things to explore and the trip to these were a amazing in itself. The dramatic landscape is breath taking and when you are arriving you experience another amazing view. In three days we experienced more fantastic things than you normally do in a full 3 week vacation. We spent the first day with exploring Reykjavik city and the atmosphere with nice restaurants and smaller pubs, second day we went on the Golden circle tour to see the Geisers, waterfall and the National park. Third day were dedicated for boat trip and whale wathing and then in the afternoon we went to the Blue Lagoon. Only negative thing overall is the price level in Iceland, food and drinks are very expensive which is ok if you do not spend to many days there We will surely be back as there were so many more adventures still to be done.

Lazy days on Iceland

I was impressed by the arrangements

Hi. I have just returned from a fantastic trip to Iceland kindly organised by yourselves. I have to say that I was impressed by the arrangements, particularly the transfer services of Reykjavik Excursions. The only disappointment was that we were unable to do the Northern Lights tours due to the weather conditions.

South Iceland by rental car

Great straight through. Corresponds to a Swedish mountain holiday but much better. Magnificent nature. Easy to drive and stop exactly where you want. Vulkan's proposal was sufficient. Mixed housing, hotel or guesthouse model, everything was fine. Drove away to Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon and bought the boat trip among the icebergs. Beautifully! In addition, the sun popped up just then. Otherwise mixed weather but never so that it interfered. Waterfalls in all sizes and shapes. Finally, an extra day in Reykavík. No problem to make the best of it. Walked around and visited the cultural center Harpa, the National Museum, the harbor, Hallgrims church and the houses of corrugated iron in every imaginable color. All combined with a constant supply of good food. Recommended for anyone who can spare the city for a week or so.

Island - I'll be back

My son and I have spent a fantastic week in Iceland. What nature and fresh air! The people were really nice and concerned about their visitors. Service and reception was great almost anywhere. The whole trip was extremely professionally organized with pick-up transfers for excursions and airport shuttle. Our Hotel Room with a view certainly lived up to its name. A wonderful view, high standards and balcony right on Laukevaga. We are very pleased with the entire trip and have already recomended our friends to travel with Vulkan. :-)

Lazy days on Iceland

We had two lazy days, visited Laugar Spa and Blue Lagoon. The last day we snorkeled in two-degree water between the continental plates - which was a crazy experience! It was not cold, thanks to dry suits, but one should not make its maiden snorkeling there. One of us was riding on Icelandic horses instead and finished with hot soup and warm bath. Everyone was very happy!
